Periodontal/medical : Bleeding gums are a sign of periodontal disease ranging from gingivitis to more advanced disease. But considering your other symptoms they may be a sign of a system medical condition. I recommend you see both a dentist and a physician to be properly diagnosed.

Get some consults: You may have both dental and medical problems independent of each other, or some medical issues that increase the chances of your gums being inflamed and bleeding. Please see both your dentist and physician for checkups and evaluations.
