High or low?: Low: wt gain; constipation; feel cold; hair coarsens / falls out; fatigue; hoarse voice; joint pains; forgetful; no sex drive; depressed; snore more / sleep more; yawn more; worse menstrual cramps; infections harder to recover. High: racing heart/fast pulse; tremors / shakes; feel hot; sweat more; unplanned wt loss; nervous; diarrhea; throat enlarged (/goiter). See dr. / endocrinologist for tests.

Many: Fatigue, constipation , dry skin, losing hair, weight gain-usually water weight- are most common for underactive shaky sweaty hungary nervous jittery palpitations for overactive but these symptoms could all be due to other causes so see md-get lab evaluation.
