No: The common conversion is that oxycodone is about one and a half times as strong as morphine. 150 mg of morphine would be expected to supply the same pain amelioration as 100 mg of oxycodone.

No. The conversions-: The conversions depend on how you take the drug. Morphine is quite potent given iv, but only 1/3 is absorbed taking it orally. The dose of oral oxycodone compared to iv/sc/im morphine is 50% or 1/2 as much. The appropriate oral versus oral conversion is 150% more oral morphine!
