Impaired fasting: After lunch depends on how long following the meal. It should be 2-hrs. Your fasting blood sugar is mildly elevated suggesting pre-diabetes. Please see your doctor about completing the work up. This would include a hba1c, liver enzymes, kidney function, and lipids. Additionally your diet and exercise will need to change and an assessment of whether you could have sleep apnea is important.
