Same as others: There are no special precautions for use of claritin-d in ms. The main side-effects require caution in mainly in individuals with high blood pressure, diabetes or cardiac, prostate, renal, thyroid disease (see package insert.For full list), the main side effects in healthy individuals are sedation from the antihistamine and stimulation from the decongestant.

No unique reaction: Unlikely that most medications will react differently in ms patients. However, Cipro (ciprofloxacin) may make things worse, but not fully understood. One must be prudent in using any med that can affect the immune system to avoid adverse immune interactions. But Claritin is fine as are many other allergy meds, as this involves histamine.
