Many available: An exercise that is effective in strengthening tennis elbow is the "hammer" exercise. With your elbow bent at 90 degrees and forearm parallel to the floor, hold in your hand the end of the handle of a hammer (or tennis racket). Rotate your forearm and wrist so that the hammer head forms an arc from left to right and back again. Do this several times a day to strengthen the brachioradialis muscle.
