Place U Can Call Now: A good place to start is the national suicide prevention lifeline at 1-800-273-talk (8255). The lifeline is staffed by caring people who can help. Keep in mind: we can feel one way about something on one day, yet feel a very different way about it on another day. Find someone who can help you sort out what you want/need & help you clear away (or go around) the obstacles standing in your way.

Get seen now: You're already in the health care system deep enough to have had a MRI of your brain. Tell you physician about this. Often people who cut are in impossible life situations and he/she may well be able to help you get out. You're almost a grown-up and you can find something much better than death. Suicide helplines are very good at helping people get thoughts & life situations better. Be brave.
