Change your: Change your outlook, change your life. Research has shown that most depressed people will look at things in a negative perspective. If suicide is an option then it will always come back, if you take suicide out of the equation then you have no choice but to live. Part of living is coping with life stressors. Therapy and counseling can help you. Seek appropriate treatment.

Part of BPD: Bpd is characterized by feelings of emptiness and intense emotionality. When you feel low, it is likely to feel like emptiness and hopelessness. When you feel high, you're likely to be energetic and exuberant. Dbt strategies are helpful in managing these swings in emotionality and charting a more steady course.

Dialectical behavior: Therapy is what dbt stands for. I agree with dr. Vertino that dbt can help if you have borderline personality disorder. Dbt teaches you skills of tolerating distress, interpersonal skills, and mindfulness to help you with chronic self-destructive mind-sets and behaviors.
