Mild: Can upset your stomach; it's contraindicated in pregnancy. Forgive me, my question is why a 21 year old man is taking this stuff, which is at best a weak anti-androgen for old guys with bad prostates. If somebody's told you it's "good for your general well-being" -- bc, there is no such pill, in any system of medicine! ask your personal physician whether it's wise to continue.
