See below: Saw palmetto - alternative medicine supposed to be beneficial in preventing prostate enlargement. Also used in bladder disorder and common cold. Aldactone- used to treat resistant hypertension in obese pts, in pts with hyperaldosteronism, hypertension and sleep apnea patients, in some pts with increased protein loss in urine, congestive heart failure and liver cirrhosis pts with fluid retention.
