Yes: Congratulations on the weight loss and commitment to regular exercise! twenty-three pounds does not seem like a lot, but that depends on where you started. The fat layer in the body converts estrogen to other hormones, so conceivably, weight loss could change the ratio of hormones you're used to, and therefore affect your periods. Maybe just the exercise is putting your body into a new balance.
