Need Evaluation: In addition to disc problems, these symptoms can also come from muscle imbalance or irritations such as seen with trigger points or myofasciitis. Interventional pain techniques tend to identify spinal causes of such symptoms and frequently miss trigger points because they are also helped with nerve injections temporarily. Specific treatment give better results with more chance of permanent relief.
