May be difficult: If your periods are very irregular, you may not be ovulating (releasing an egg) every month. If you do not ovulate around the time of intercourse, conception is much less likely. There are many causes for irregular menstruation. You might consider seeing a physician for a full evaluation, especially if you are trying to conceive.
