YES: Yes, synthetic marijuana can cause all these symptoms. In such a drug, various unidentified herbs are sprayed with a hallucinogenic, synthetic thc product with very unpredictable -- but very often frightening -- effects. I recognize you, jeff24, from having asked so many questions about anxiety previously. Using such drugs could worsen things a lot for you, so i hope you won't.

FDA: Synthetic marijuana is not regulated by the fda nor have the effects been tested in any academic manner. In other words you don't know if the factory that makes it also makes rat poison in the same vats. Don't smoke it and if you're having side effects from smoking it get checked out by your doctor to make sure you haven't damaged yourself.

Yes: Yes it can. I suggest you stay away from drugs, and even synthetic marijuana is not safe and cause harmful effects.
