Possible obstruction: You may possibly have a bowel obstruction developing. Some times after abdominal or intestinal surgery, scarring may occur. It is also possible that they has been some tissue overgrowth partially blocking the intestinal opening. At any rate, discuss this with your GI surgeon and radiologist to get thorough interpretation of what the findings mean for you.

A ? to ask surgeon: To answer this question, we'd need more details as to why you had to have the ct done. Was there something that was bothersome enough to have it ordered. Did the ct scan show anything else? There is a good chance the surgery didn't go right or something happened in the postoperative period. Your surgeon might be able to address these concerns better since he was the one who did it.
