After anabolic cycle: When you take anabolic steroids, you shut down your own production of testosterone, the stereotypic anabolic steroid. If you don't take it for an excessive period of time (which varies from person to person) and are otherwise healthy, your body can typically start producing testosterone again a few weeks to months after you stop. So if it's been a year, you're well past needing to worry.
