When I swallow, it feels like there is something stuck in my throat, also when I eat a meal it feels like its not going down and its just sitting at the bottom of my throat. When I take a deep breath it feels tight in my chest.
I feel something in my esophagus recent weeks. At first I only felt it after having dinner, recent days I feel something below my throat in the upper chest all day while I swallowing. And I feel chest congested when taking a deep breath.
When I breathe in deep, my chest starts to hurt in between my lower ribs (this hurts if pressure is applied to as well) and my throat gets sore. When I lie on my front, sometimes my lungs soubd like they're "bubbling". It gets worse after exercise. ?
I think I accidentally inhaled/swallowed feathers from my duvet (theres a hole in the fabric), now my throat feels tight and mucusy, and chest is hurting/tight, and hard to take a deep breath. Felt totally normal prior. Will it pass? Just anxiety?
