I'm 26 and my fiance he is 42 and we are trying ttc, what would be our chances on it happening, and is there any tips that u can give us?

Very high: Fertility success is based primarily on the females age. Male age of 42 makes little difference. Best to not do testing etc but try sex cycle days 11-17 every other day - no better timing. If you don't have regular cycles (27-29 days) seek help from a fertility specialist. Otherwise give it at least 6-9months before seeking help......Good luck!
