NA option: If you have a sensitivity or allergy to alcohol, then trying to "overcome" can result in worse symptoms, not suppression. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being the "dd" or more covertly opting for non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol doesn't make the party--you do.

Hypoglycemia: Is that your only breakfast? The coffee? It could be that you cause a surge of energy through caffeine which is not a nourishing fuel and then you crash. In general try to have a balanced breakfast and eat every 3-4 hours. Get checked out...You want to make sure its nothing related to the heart or anything neurological. Start with basics: balanced meal and hydration!
