Got a skin rash with a hard & rough surface, very itchy, brings out fluid, spreads with a pulse, occupies large areas, over 26 years now.what can i use?

Psoriasis?: Is it scaly & sort of silvery in color? Might be a form of psoriasis but doc needs to see it to be certain. Steroid creams r used for small areas but may need oral steroids to control large areas. Also now being treated with immune modulators.
