I strongly suspect: That your diet is loaded with sugar. One of the signs of the disease known as beriberi was tender calf muscles. Fibromyalgia is due to compromised mitochondria, the engines of the cell. Vitamin b1 def is associated with empty carb calories and will cause damage to the mitochondria.

Fibromyalgia is: Typically in the back area but could be a related phenomenon. Have u been evaluated by a doctor? History of anxiety or depression? Are they swollen ( dont want 2 miss blood clot)? Are you sleeping well at night? Several options but hard to make suggestions if i don't know what u had done. In the absence of a diagnosis you may need a top down approach. Gd luc, private consult may help.
