Itchy bumps: Hives look like small, red, raised and very itchy bumps that start small and coalesce into larger patches. Try topical anti itch creams first but if it doesn't go away she needs to see her ob/gyn for oral antihistamine therapy. Zyrtec and Claritin (loratadine) are safe in pregnancy. Allegra is not.
