Your diet: Probably the food you are eating- or an infection. H. Pylori is an infection you can have and should be tested for. The foods that can bother your stomach can be high in fat, or caffeine. You should pay attention to what you eat. Eating a large meal can also contribute to excess acid production and pain. If it persists, seek medical attention.
