i think i have a bartholin's cyst. but it says there, one of the symptoms is fever and im not experiencing it. the lump is on my labia majora. help?

Cyst vs abscess.: You may be describing a bartholin's cyst on your labia (not an abscess). There normally isn't a fever with a bartholin's cyst.
