No: Actually, I should say it depends. If the wart is at or very close to the opening of the urethral meatus (where the urine comes out) and interferes with emptying your bladder, then yes, it can lead to recurring infection. However, if your wart is not at that location, no, your bladder infections have nothing to do with your warts.
