Stopping lisinopril: You are in danger if you stop Lisinopril abruptly. You need to see your doctor and tell him why you are doing this and you probably need to be place on another anti-hypertensive drug if you blood pressure needs to be controlled. Once again, never stop medications prescribed to you without speaking to your doctor about it.

Depends: Lisinopril is an ace inhibitor most commonly used to treat blood pressure. Lisinopril can be safely stopped suddenly with no issues with withdrawal. You may, however need something to replace it with. Check with your doctor.
