Don't mask it: Rather than taking something for it, wouldn't you rather know why it's happening? Please see your pcp and, consider seeing an endocrinologist. You could have a hormone imbalance or heart trouble or not be eating an adequately nutritious diet so, please don't wait.

See a doctor: These symptoms could be due to anemia, underactive thyroid, low blood pressure, vitamin B12 deficiency (common in vegetarians) , diabetes, depression, sleep disorder, and many other diseases. If medical evaluation, including blood tests is normal, try vitamin b12, coq10, magnesium, multivitamin supplements, & most importantly, regular aerobic exercise.
