Do hpv oral warts cause pain or burning tongue?

Doubtful: A wart (regardless of viral type) isn't typically painful. The exception is if its grown to a size and is in a location where it is putting pressure on a nerve or some other structure. See an oral surgeon to discuss having the wart removed.

They can: Yes they can. There's not much you can do about it either, unfortunately.
