Scaphoid fracture: 6-8 weeks minimum and usually this is with surgery. Sometimes longer with cast treatment. Depending on the location of the fracture in the bone and displacement of the fracture fragments, they can take up to 3-4 months to heal.

It depends: It depends on the fracture location, displacement, and your health. Treatment ranges from immobilization in a cast to surgery with placement of a screw into the scaphoid. Nonoperative scaphoids can take an average of 3 months to heal, surgery will allow earlier mobilization and possibly healing times.
