Can i use an at home chemical to help with the wrinkles above my lip?

Be careful!: I am not sure what a "home chemical" is but i would be very careful in applying anything to this area without guidance from your dermatologist for the treatment of wrinkles. Some of the nicotinamide products will cause plumping but not removal.
