Several things: As long as she can take fluids well you help at home. Cortisone cream on her bottom can help calm the sting of the acid poos. Feed her apples or apple sauce/bananas/rice & toast. Macaroni or spaghetti are good energy choices if served without sauces. Avoid milk & apple juice for a while & this should help settle this down.

Hydrate hydrate: A short- lived stomach virus will eventually resolve and your job is to keep her hydrated until it goes away. Pedialyte replaces the fluids and electrolytes she is losing through the diarrhea. Stay away from giving her fluids with too much sugar such as juice and gatorade/ powerade. If her symptoms continue for several days, her diarrhea is bloody or she cannot stop vomitting - call her doctor.
