Grapefruit juice: Contains vitamin c which is beneficial for the complexion. Caution must be taken, however, if you take any medications as grapefruit juice can cause some to be more active than expected, others less so. Generally a healthful diet promotes skin health. Use sunscreen & moisturizer daily to prevent dryness, sun damage, and wrinkles.

Yes: Citrus in general is good for you - vitamin c is a wonderful vitamin and our diets are low in it. C helps with collagen formation which is the foundation for our skin - fights wrinkles. It also contains lycopenes which are wonderful anti-oxidants for the skin and the rest of the body. Our bodies are too acidotic from too much animal protein and c helps alkalinize to rebuild tissues and bones.
