Maybe: Carvedolol is a beta-blocker. This class of BP meds traditionally cause decreased heart rate and blood pressure. It is possible that you are feeling weak & tired because of the med and lowered blood pressure. You may get used to this, or you may be extra sensitive to this particular medicine. If you keep feeling tired & weak, you may need to lower the dose or change your medicine.

My heart rate is high today, im on diltiazem (120 mg) once daily and coreg (carvedilol) (6.25 mg) twice daily but my hr still goes high for no apparent reason.
Mu heart rate to 53 for afew minutes and then back to 80 while sleeping im on carvedilol. The lowest is ever been is 45 but Always jumps back to 80ish. I use whoop band for sleeping. I am not physically fit at all?
