Could be so: Need to see md, get examined to make sure there is no underlying gut issue (like crohn's disease), or other metabolic issue. Wanting to starve, not caring about consequences is serious. Will need additional evaluation as well. If you have restricted intake, lost weight, have a morbid fear of weight gain, or fat, think you are fat, even if you are not, then yes you likely have anorexia nervosa.
