Depends on cause : CPK levels are elevated due to injury to the muscles, it gets elevated with myocardial injury during heart attack and injury to the sleletal muscles as well.So it depends how much damage to the muscles is and the cause of the damage and responce to treatment of the underlying condition it can take from few days to several days.
