Possibly dry eye: There are many things that can cause those symptoms, and only through an eye exam can you be sure. However, sensitivity to wind is very suggestive of a dry eye condition, which can also cause light sensitivity and pain. People with light colored eyes can be light sensitive because of decreased pigment in the eye. Over the counter artificial tears may help some of your symptoms.

Dry eyes!: Most likely dry eyes. Try treating with routine artificial tears one drop 3-4 times a day and dry eye oral supplements like evoa dry eye supplements or thera tears nutrition. People with light colored eyes tend to be more sensitive to light.
