Scrape Wiund: See your doctor. Sounds like possible wound infection which may require antibiotics. May also need a tetanus booster.

See doc: If its just a scrape, some triple antibiotic ointment and non adherent dressing like xeroform would work well. If its not getting better, should see your doc to make sure it's not a deeper injury or infected.
