D not the sause: Many people have knees that pop or make noise, and it's just the way they r. Vit d deficiecy has no relationship 2 this.

Arthritis: I doubt your vitamin d is related to your knee popping. Many patients have knee popping, from early ages to elderly. We only worry if the popping is painful. The most common cause of popping in a middle-age individual would be osteoarthritis or chondromalacia, which is degenerative thinning of the carriage that covers the bone. The cartilage behind the kneecap often roughens, causing noisy knees.
