Usually nothing: Urine is generally yellow. However, the degree of yellow may change on various factors such as taking vitamins, hydration, and the foods one is eating. These are generally not a problem unless one has symptoms. The urine may become a darker yellow with liver disease from jaundice but this diagnosis is usually evident.
