Can't tell: Bilirubin is breakdown product of red blood cells. May be elevated when many rbc's are being destroyed, when liver does not adequately pick up or process, or when unable to excrete. Numbers like this could represent a variety of conditions. To make sense out of these it is important to know your history, other lab values, and how these values are changing over time.

Need to examine: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, other viral infections, fatty change, effects of medication you may be taking, alcohol use could be explanation, singly or in combination.
