Stomach or uterine?: Many patients generally refer to the abdomen as the "stomach", but the abdomen contains your stomach, intestines and, if you remain pregnant, your uterus. But at this point (6 weeks), your uterus has yet to rise above your pubic bone. So, it's hard to answer your question. If you mean uterine cramping, that is very common early in pregnancy as your uterus adjusts to implantation of the embryo.
