Why are my questions not being answerd?

Questions are not: Linked on this site, so it may be best to re-submit them. I've noticed some unanswered questions from the U.K. About prescription, over-the-counter & complementary-&-alternative medications which are not distributed in the U.S. Could that be the problem? If so, including a list of active & inert ingredients would help us help you.
