Free information: If you did not ask for premium, paid services, then this HealthTap basic forum is free. Post your question with good grammar and spelling, and one or more of the thousands of volunteer doctors will answer it. They might skip repetitive questions, or ones that have too many abbreviations, or are otherwise hard to understand. (Or try HealthTap's premium services that include private consultations.)

Using this site: You get the most from this public HT site when you describe a medical problem with enough detail that the related question you ask can be answered. Your questions are never linked, so each must have enough info/question to be answered. If you need an interactive dialog with a doc there is a separate HT Prime with some of those features.
