Post your question with good grammar and spelling, and one or more of the thousands of volunteer doctors may answer it. They might skip repetitive questions, or ones that have too many abbreviations, or are otherwise hard to understand. (HealthTap's premium services include virtual medicine consultations.)

Using this site: You get the most from this public HT site when you describe a medical problem with enough detail that the related question you ask can be answered.
