All i can hear in my right ear is my heartbeat and its in constant pain. my dr gave me ear drops but they seem 2 be making it worse. what could it be?

Possible otitis medi: You may have a middle ear infection in which case ear drops won't work. Oral antibiotics may be necessary. You may have swimmers ear which is treated with antibiotic ear drops (you didn't say what drops you had). Either condition causes pain. The heart beat is from either acute inflammation or hearing loss. Pulsing heartbeat in the ear can be serious so see ENT if this continues.
