Although the likelihood that your nausea was precipitated by your epidural blood patch is highly unlikely, communicating with your mds to help you sort out and put these symptoms behind you is the first step. Dehydration & persistent CSF leak should be ruled out.

Yes. : You should see a neurologist or go to the er.I would be concerned that your primary problem is worsening, or maybe you have developed a complication from the blood patch, like meningitis.
