Can phentermine show up as amphetamines or methamphetamine on hair test?

On screening yes: There are tests to confirm positive findings and I doubt these confirmative tests would be positive for amphetamine..I am not aware of phentermine being metabolized to amphetamine but that's the only scenario, unlikely, that might cause a true positive result.
