Take as Prescribed: There will be written instructions on the pill bottles and from the pharmacy. Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) is a muscle relaxant, while ultram is a mild pain reliever. Both combined can cause sedation so you should see start gradually and see what effects they have on you. If you are uncertain please call the medical professional who prescribed these for you and knows what dose was rx and what other meds you are on.
