Conjunctivitis: Red watery eyes usually is from conjunctivitis, which can be caused by bacterial infections, viral infections, allergies, and irritants. Lack of improvement, worsening symptoms, blurred vision, or pain are all symptoms that warrant a visit to your doctor.

Depends: How long -- getting better or not, is vision affected, is there discharge, pain, how severe. The causes are many, best to have it checked out.
