Unlikely!: Fibroadenoma is a benighn tumor of the breast. It usaully occurs in young women and typically does not grow as it is not cancerous.

Very likely benign: This sounds like a benign fibroadenoma is probably not the cancer the description and your age and the lack of growth all point to a benign tumor.
